Overview
A powerful complete ecommerce store solution driven via
a database. The elements of the store are controlled
via a secure browser admin control panel. The EStore
Agent software has been designed to be easy to use
and can be tailored to your requirements. The software
has been created to handle all aspects of your store
with many features including Search, Newsletter Program,
Affiliate Program, Multiple Currencies, Stock Control
and a News Manager.
Finaly an ecommerce solution that puts the control back
in the hands of the storekeeper and not the IT department.
Features
Product Pages: Split into sections displaying header, small
description, price and thumbnail images for each item for
sale, with buy button. Information is displayed detailing
the number of products in the sub category. More than ten
products in a section are split into different pages with
links between each page. A more detailed product page is
displayed by clicking More Info, displays a larger image
and a long description on the product. Products can be
amended, added and deleted through the admin panel. As
part of the set up we would input upto 50 products, further
products can be added using the admin panel either by filling
in a form or uploading an Excel CSV file. Other options
set in the admin panel are number of products displayed
per page and how prices are shown either with VAT, without
VAT or both.
Admin Panel: Secure browser based admin panel lets you
control your store, products, customers and orders.
Search: A search box for visitors to locate the product
they require with ease, searching the product name and
short description.
Currency: Flags are displayed allowing switching between
currencies. The system supports Sterling, US Dollars, Euros
and Yen as standard, any of which can be set as the base
currency, other currencies can be added if needed. Which
currencies to be displayed and rates are set using the
admin panel.
Static Pages: Selection of static information pages as
required.
View Cart Page: Allows visitors to view and amend the items
they have added to the shopping cart, view the VAT breakdown,
enter their shipping area and once they are happy the form
links through to the secure payment system. The software
currently supports WorldPay, PayPal and Protx.
Newsletter: Automatic subscribe and unsubscribe to a newsletter/mailing
list. Newsletters can be send out using the newsletter
system in the admin area.
Customer login: Returning customers can login, amend their
details and delivery address.
Terms Page: This page displays the legally required terms
for your shop, text has been drawn up by a solicitor.
Contact Us: Email enquiry form with IP tracking and email
verification.
Invoice System: Once a product is purchased the client
receives an invoice via email. In the admin area sales
can be viewed, once the order is marked processed an email
is automatically sent to the customer.
Stock Control: Individual products can have stock control
activated, these have the number available in stock displayed
on the site.
Affiliate Program: Lets you manage affiliates, rewarding
websites that send you paying customers.
Costs
One off cost of £1600+VAT includes set up, 12 months
hosting, domain name, branding, upto 50 products entered
and hook up to payment system.
